A question for all you mothers out there
So I don't know if anyone did bottle feeding, but I can't seem to get Olivia off the bottle and to the sippy cup. She will drink other liquids in the sippy cup but not milk. And if she does it is only a ounce or two. I know they say if you wait to long they become more and more attached to it. We have finally got her out of the routine of having a bottle before bed. She now has a bath reads some books and then goes to bed. But a hour or two after she eats we give her a bottle, b/c she won't drink it for meals so it's the only time she will get any milk. If anyone has any advice please let me know. I have tried the changing the first bottle to a sippy cup, but she ends up not drinking any milk until I give her the botttle. I also tried putting water in the bottle, she drinks the water and never drinks the milk. It's so funny how motherhood is, once you get one thing down you have to move on to the next.

picky picky eh? That is funny that she'll do water but not milk. I've heard sometimes they don't like the milk because they are used to warm milk...I don't know if that's the problem. Good luck!
Isabel was so hard. It just takes time. There are sippies that are shaped more like bottles, they help with the transition. Also, Isabel still drinks her milk warm in a sippie, and she's four. Try warming. Don't stress, you're not letting her sleep with milk in her mouth, she'll get it eventually.
oh man that is hard. i had a friend that had a bye bye binki party and they had a party with treats and music and cake and their little man had to say goodbye and they threw them all away. you never know....
